PixelNiches (“PixelNiches”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates PixelNiches.com, a visual directory platform where businesses, products, creators, and other users can create listings and claim spots on niche based boards.

• Business, brand, product, creator, or website name
• Logo or other uploaded image
• Description or other listing text
• Website or outbound URL
• Board and tile location
• Spot size and subscription information
• Other information you voluntarily submit as part of your listing
Information displayed as part of a Spot may be publicly visible to visitors of PixelNiches.
User Interactions
PixelNiches may store information about your interactions with the platform, including Spots that you:
• Upvote
• Favorite
• View or otherwise interact with through features that record user activity
This information is used to provide features such as personalized dashboards, saved favorites, voting functionality, and other user account features.
Outbound Click Tracking
When a visitor clicks an outbound link associated with a Spot, PixelNiches may record that interaction.
Click tracking may include information such as:
• The Spot that was clicked
• The associated board
• The date and time of the click
• Information associated with the user’s session or account where applicable
We use outbound click data and related analytics to measure Spot performance, understand engagement, provide statistics, detect abuse, and improve PixelNiches.
PixelNiches does not treat an outbound click as an endorsement of the destination website. The destination website is operated independently of PixelNiches.
Payment Information
When you purchase a paid Spot or subscription, payment information is processed through the applicable third party payment processor, such as Stripe and/or PayPal.
Payment processors may collect information required to process your transaction, such as your name, email address, billing information, transaction information, and payment method details.
PixelNiches does not intentionally store complete credit card numbers on its own servers. Payment card information is handled by the applicable payment processor in accordance with its own security and privacy practices.

When you click an external link and leave PixelNiches, the external website’s own privacy policy and terms apply.
PixelNiches does not control how third party websites collect or use information.
